Lead Manager – Communications Quality Initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

·         Ability to develop, manage and implement a wide range of comprehensive, integrated communications plans

·         Strategic thinking and critical analysis skills

·         Excellent project management skills

·         Excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to communicate about complex and technical issues with user-friendly language

·         Interpersonal aptitude to deal effectively with diverse groups of people and understand political sensitivities

·         Working understanding of public accounting and accounting firm  issues

·         Ability to maintain confidential information

·         Ability to meet deadlines

·         Strong research skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

·         Ability to travel

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·         Minimum 7 years’ experience in communications, journalism, marketing or public relations in a corporate or agency environment

EDUCATION REQUIRED

·         Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or other related field

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED

·         Master’s degree in English, journalism, communications, public relations or a related discipline

·         Experience in and knowledge of the CPA profession and/or the financial services industry
