Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverables
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or other Project Management software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Detail-oriented
  • Customer Service orientation

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5 years of related experience, including project management, continuing professional education, and/or product development

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • PMP, CAPM
  • Lean/Agile
  • Familiarity with training delivery modalities (live, virtual live, webcast, elearning)
  • Familiarity with training delivery platforms (LMS, SCORM dispatch, etc)
  • Familiarty with Salesforce
