Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of design tools Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint.
- Mastery of global brand implementation
- Ability to lead in the development of idea generation and concept development.
- Experience taking complex or technical information and designing assets that tell a story in a clear and compelling way accessible to global markets.
- Ability to work in a multi-language design environment.
- Great communication and collaboration mindset. This includes ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members or clients, discuss, sell, or successfully modify ideas with a client or group of stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust and respect with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to meet or exceed internal and external stakeholder needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
- Organised, able to take and action feedback well and expediently.
- Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Competency in leading and motivating direct reports to produce work that meets and exceeds client expectations and is consistently of high quality.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of both public and management accounting
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience developing digital and print solutions, implementing creative, global campaign projects and producing award-winning creative, including some experience managing creative staff within a corporate environment or an advertising agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or fine Arts, or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
- Some knowledge of After Effects
- Influencing global teams
- Additional languages (Chinese).
