- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
2-4 years of experience in web technology, and general database concepts and reporting tools
Familiarity with requirements and testing processes and methodologies
Experience with creating use cases
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or other related field
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
2-4 years Business Analyst experience
Experience with ad hoc reporting writing tool
Experience with SQL
Knowledge of SharePoint
