Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Excellent Analysis/Problem Solving Skills

  • Detail oriented with the ability to create, document and/or follow process flows and requirements

  • Self-starter and self-motivated

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • 2-4 years of experience in web technology, and general database concepts and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with requirements and testing processes and methodologies

  • Experience with creating use cases

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or other related field  

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • 2-4 years Business Analyst experience

  • Experience with ad hoc reporting writing tool

  • Experience with SQL

  • Knowledge of SharePoint
