Associate Manager - Assessment Quality Assurance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Proficient IT skills in a range of IT software packages, applications and in-house systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Understanding of working with or for regulatory bodies such as Ofqual 
• Understanding of risk management
• Ability to work in timeline driven environment and adept to juggling multiple priorities

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, teamworking and interpersonal skills 
• Independent self-starter and able to work on own initiative

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

• 2-4 years’ experience working in an administrative/coordinator role or one that required a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience working in education (education policy, learning or assessment-related roles and/ or Awarding Body)
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Audit and/or Quality Assurance experience is desirable

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

• Customer service experience
• Basic understanding of Assessment processes is desirable
• Ability to use CRM software
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience of working with regulatory frameworks
