Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Proficient IT skills in a range of IT software packages, applications and in-house systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Understanding of working with or for regulatory bodies such as Ofqual
- Understanding of risk management
- Ability to work in timeline driven environment and adept to juggling multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, teamworking and interpersonal skills
- Independent self-starter and able to work on own initiative
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- 2-4 years’ experience working in an administrative/coordinator role or one that required a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience working in education (education policy, learning or assessment-related roles and/ or Awarding Body)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Audit and/or Quality Assurance experience is desirable
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Customer service experience
- Basic understanding of Assessment processes is desirable
- Ability to use CRM software
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of working with regulatory frameworks
