Abilities Required
- Effective writing, editing and proofreading
- Ability to set, manage and meet key performance indicators
- Knowledge of content rights landscape, media environment and digital business models
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly, compelling copy
- Motivated, flexible and organized team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
- Previous experience with content management systems for storing, developing and publishing content
- Because the client’s work is deadline driven with firm dates that must be hit, weekend and evening hours may be required to meet schedules
- 4-6 years’ experience in data-driven content development and production, corporate communications and/or general marketing communications experience
- College degree in business/marketing/communications or other content-creation oriented discipline
