Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to manage multiple critical priorities with strong organizational skills; ability to deliver assignments within agreed upon time frames with effective prioritization of duties skills

  • Ability to independently accomplish unique tasks without precedent or clearly defined steps or oversight

  • Ability to engage across a variety of partners and stakeholders, creating a collaborative state and working towards consensus, often without authority

  • Ability to make decisions anticipating and considering long-term implications and risks and known or predictable interdependencies

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • 3 years experience supporting projects; providing requirements, reviewing solutions, testing, documentation and training

  • 3 years experience in finance operations; working knowledge of core finance workflows, regulatory requirements and operational best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of professional experience

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • PMP certification

  • Agile Project management certification
