- Able to understand and engage with high-level strategy and policies
- Able to create compelling messages by using a variety of formats and delivering it via local, global media and networking channels
- Able to work with cross functional teams and external parties
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Confident in engaging with senior corporate and external authority personnel
- Able to implement developmental plans for CIMA in this area, which take account of long-term success
- An Associate member of CIMA (Minimum an Exam Complete of CIMA)
- At least 4 year(s) working experiences with related experiences at high level ethics, strategy, professional standards and/or corporate responsibility
