Associate Manager - Record to Report (RAVE) 12 months FTC
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Accounting/finance background with experience booking journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
- Excellent follow-through and communication skills and ability to work independently and in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines under pressure.
- Skill in developing and maintaining documentation files, both manual and automated and reconciling financial documents.
- Advanced experience with Excel, ERP system experience required as related to general ledger and fixed asset sub-ledger module.
- Passion for developing standard methodologies
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or a partial professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA, etc.).
- A minimum of 5 years general finance and accounting experience in a publicly traded company or audit practice of a CPA firm, including minimum 3 years working in a role with direct general ledger and financial close responsibilities.
