Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Ideally 4 to 6 years related experience including recruitment, assessment and selection

  • Experience with on-site or internal recruitment
  • Proven experience in design and delivery of competency based interviewing

  • A strong customer focus and the ability to proactively engage in constant improvement
  • Experience designing and delivering assessment centres, including role plays, presentations and group exercises

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Relevant qualification in recruitment and/or HR would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Recruiting experience within a global setting
