Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Proficient understanding of web site functionality, web analytics and email marketing best practices.
  • Ability to define and track the key metrics for email and online marketing success.
  • Must be a positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented person.
  • Superior project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide clear communication of timelines and expectations to team members.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, research and analytical skills and strategic thinking.
     

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English or a related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6  years of work experience in marketing or a closely related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using content management systems
  • Experience with Jira, WorkFront or similar project management tool
 
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • MBA
  • Experience working with marketing automation – preferably Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
