About the Role:

Increase and grow the students population by promoting CIMA's qualification, products and services following CIMA's business plan and B2C strategy focused on Pathways and Finance Leadership Programme (FLP). You will report to the Associate Manager - Markets (India). You will work with us on a four month contract using an office based  work schedule.

 

You Will:

  • Assist the Line Manager with outreach and engagement activities following the market development plan.
  • Conduct follow up with prospects through structured outreach (calls, emails, and relationship-building efforts) to maximise successful student recruitments generated from the respective market for Pathways and FLP.
  • Manage and engage with the lead database through regular calling and nurturing to increase conversion rates.
  • Promote CIMA to potential learners, ensuring CIMA is positioned as the preferred professional qualification for a career in Management Accountancy.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on outreach, calling activities, and recruitment progress promptly.
  • Provide support other ad-hoc and short-term tasks related to student recruitment as assigned.

You Have:

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field
  • 1+ years' working experiences in Business Development
