About the Role:
You will contribute the growth of the Finance Leadership Programme across Australasia by carrying out targeted student recruitment activities and contributing to the development of a student pipeline. Work with employers and higher education institutions to help attract and retain quality students, with an emphasis on supporting B2B engagement. Support student retention and progression efforts according to organisational priorities and the evolving needs of local student cohorts. You will report to the Lead Manager - Business Development Australia and use a hybrid in office / remote work pattern.
You Will:
- Implement student recruitment activities in Australasia to achieve student numbers and Goals for the region.
- Follow up on prospects leading to successful student recruitments generated from HEI and corporate from the Australasia markets.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the partner universities, tuition providers and employers.
- Help identify new businesses and market intelligence and building the B2B market
- Provide relevant inputs to BD Manager – in developing the strategy to help the Association to meet its targets.
- With direction from manager, implement business development strategies which support the progression and retention of students
- Achieve high student progression and retention rates for Australasia markets.
- Deliver high student satisfaction rates for Australasia markets.
- Perform, under manager's direction, marketing promotion plan, events and exhibitions, aligning students and partners' needs.
- Coordinate campus activities through career services across schools and HEIs to increase brand and product awareness.
- Work with the Member Services Department for student conversion to new members.
- Provide administrative support in preparing costing, business proposals, partners profile and post sales activities.
- Update all customer records with contact and visit reports on Saleforce
- Provide information for reporting and business solutions.
You Have:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field.
2+ years experience in Business Development, Marketing or Event Management.
