About the Role:

You will report to and work with the Lead Manager Business Intelligence and Automation to clarify needs and transform them to clear requirements for the Reporting Team. You will monitor and report project progress and assist the Reporting Team during solution delivery to communicate with the business teams. You will also support development and testing of reports and dashboards. You will work on a hybrid basis.

You Will:

  • Communicate with users to gather requirements and refine business ask
  • Assist the reporting team and report requestors/ users through the entire project life cycle to meet solution quality requirements
  • Manage documentation of projects and solutions delivered
  • Help with acceptance testing of solutions
  • Communicate project progress
  • Conduct solution training for direct and indirect users of the reports (finance and business teams)
  • Support development of reports

You Have:

  • Degree in Technology/Business, or equivalent
  • Experience working in a shared services centre or global business services centre, within complex and diverse environment.
  • Experience in Finance Domain will be advantage
  • Experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting
  • Power BI knowledge and intermediate Excel experience
  • Good command of the English language
