Campaign Manager
About the Role:
You will deliver high-quality marketing, content services, and solutions across owned, shared, and earned channels. You will oversee the building, quality assurance, launch, measurement, and optimization of campaigns designed by Experience Delivery Squads during annual and quarterly sprints.
You will report to the Director - Experience Management and use a hybrid work schedule, based in our Durham NC offices at least two days per week.
You Will:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, events, and related platforms.
- Coordinate with other teams and external partners to implement campaign elements on time and to quality expectations.
- Manage campaign timelines, resources, and operational details to support campaign performance.
- Communicate with teams, partners, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance using analytical tools and data insights.
- Provide campaign results, Return on investment reporting, and optimization opportunities to partners.
- Analyze customer feedback and campaign data to refine future strategies.
- Feed campaign performance data back to Experience Delivery Squads.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years' marketing campaign planning experience.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display ads.

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $73,000 - $90,000
