About the Role:

You will be a Leader, ensuring that our operations, programs, and resources are aligned with our strategies. This executive role works with senior leadership and across the organization to integrate strategic goals and promote organizational cooperation. You will report to the CEO, Mark Koziel, and manage a team of 3, based in the US and the UK. You will be 100% remote, though you may need to travel to any of our global offices for some events or meetings.

You Will:

  • Provide strategic support to the CEO in decision-making, priority setting and solution finding.
  • Be a liaison with senior management 
  • Lead Governance, manage board and council meetings, including preparation of papers and compliance with local by-laws.
  • Lead strategic efforts to align the Association's operational and strategic goals. Ensure all programs, investments, and resources align with the Association's long-term vision.
  • Oversee special projects assigned by the CEO, managing timelines, outcomes, and communication, including between teams across the Association. Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  •  Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to ensure we keep a pulse on new opportunities and challenges.
  •  Engage with partners to ensure transparency and understanding of interests and communicate the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Be an important contact for external partners, including board and committee members.
  • Represent the CEO at meetings, conferences, and public events.
  • Implement strategic programs, ensuring that goals are met, and resources are allocated.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience and knowledge of the CPA profession

The Annual Salary Range for this role is:  $185,000-$205,000
