- Proven planning and strategy-development skills
- Highly skilled in decision-making and problem-solving
- Strong, articulate oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
- Skilled and experienced in successful collaboration with multiple and diverse teams and executive management
- Strong analytical skills with significant quantitative analysis experience. Ability to synthesize quantitative information and communicate observations, implications and conclusions in a business context
- Entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities.
- Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
- 10+ years with relevant experience in the following areas: strategy, research, product/portfolio management, project/process management, inventory/warehouse management, product pipeline management
- Extensive reporting and analysis experience
- Market research and analytics experience, with the ability to organize and transform data into business recommendations
- Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree
- Demonstrated skills and experience in meeting budgets and deadlines, and growing revenue
- Relevant certifications (such as Project Management Professional (PMP); Certified Association Executive (CAE); Certified Pricing Professional (CPP))
