Summary of Role

Responsible for supporting channel development team through operational support and administrative tasks


Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Work with Associate Channel Manager to create product lists, appropriate for individual markets.

  • Work with Associate Channel Manager to update master product list.

  • Monitor partner websites to determine that they are marketing Association products.

  • Create referral links and manage promo codes and process.

  • May fulfill Professional Ethics orders from State Societies .

  • Work with partners in regions to set up initial load out of courses after signing, through SCORM dispatch creation.

  • May manage and distribute partner handbook.

  • Help with partner portal creation process.

  • Research and troubleshoot internal issues as requested.

  • Manage tracking and reporting of revenue and creation of dashboards to report out.

  • Run reports to create invoice requests for channel partners.

  • Manage invoice request process.

  • May assist with Firm Associations and Networks channel as requested.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Analytical skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Minimum of 0-1 year of administrative or operations support experience

  • Excellent command of English language

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • 2-3 years related experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the accounting profession

  • Experience in product management

  • Experience visually representing data

  • Excellent command of Standard Mandarin
