Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Account management/corporate customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in cross-organisational teams.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Confident and articulate phone manner.
  • Worked in international/multi-cultural teams.
  • Ability to handle different tasks at the same time, prioritizing as required.
  • Extensive use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience and accurate use of CRM systems and reporting tools.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Experience in account management support/corporate customer service.
  • Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) , ideally in Maths and English
