About the Role:
You will help implement strategies for the retention and progression of Association members in the Australasia region. You will report to the Associate Manager - Member Services and use a hybrid work schedule.
You Will:
-
Work with the Line Manager in implementing member retention and progressions strategies
-
Implement marketing promotion plans to increase exam registration rates and achieve target set
-
Provide supports to Association member with retention and progression activities
-
First contact for member matters and works on market led campaigns to support members progression

Contacts members by telephone and email

Send welcome packs to new members arriving in Australia and organise new members within country

Provide administrative support as daily activities such as data input for generating reports

Be the focal point to collaborate with internal and external contacts

Build relationships with relevant partners

Maintain members and student attrition at indicated levels based on regional strategy

Achieve defined student progression rates for the relevant markets
You Have:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administrations, Marketing or equivalent field
• 1 year + related working experience in educational institution or professional bodies
