Summary of Role:

CSA represents CIMA as the first point of contact in interactions with prospective students, active students, members, and other relevant stakeholders in Eurasia region. They coordinate student and member events and other necessary activities, support key projects, contribute to achieving regional KPIs.

 

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality support and assistance to CIMA members, students, prospective students related to CIMA products and relevant processes (30%)
  • Support the delivery of CIMA programmes in Russian, including B2B and B2C enrolment, exam bookings and exam delivery, certificates production process (25%)
  • Effectively liaise with relevant departments within the organization to ensure timely and high-quality execution of the responsibilities (15%)
  • Maintain professional communication with employers, tuition providers, suppliers, and other third parties (10%)
  • Support marketing and business development activities, which may include call campaigns, email marketing, website support, event management (10%)
  • Ensure timely learning and development as required by the organization and the team (10%)

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Proficient in Russian and English
  • Highly IT literate (Windows OX, Office 365, CRM software)
  • Confident communicator in all modes (writing, speaking, listening, reading)
  • Experienced in gathering, processing, and presenting quantitative and qualitative data to different types of audience
  • Reasonable understanding of business and not-for-profit organisation functioning
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy when liaising with customers
  • Strong work ethic
  • Agile mindset and ability to work towards stretching targets, can-do attitude
  • Ability to take responsibility for own actions and apply problem-solving where applicable
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to improvements of service and processes within the organization

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Proven track-record of working in a customer facing role
  • Commercial experience helpful
  • Used to operating on the phone, with a track record of success in developing customer relationships

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Experience in adult learning, professional development or professional education is an advantage
  • Background in marketing is welcomed
  • Working experience for a professional body is a plus
