Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Proficient in Russian and English
  • Highly IT literate (Windows OX, Office 365, CRM software)
  • Confident communicator in all modes (writing, speaking, listening, reading)
  • Experienced in gathering, processing, and presenting quantitative and qualitative data to different types of audience
  • Reasonable understanding of business and not-for-profit organisation functioning
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy when liaising with customers
  • Strong work ethic
  • Agile mindset and ability to work towards stretching targets, can-do attitude
  • Ability to take responsibility for own actions and apply problem-solving where applicable
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to improvements of service and processes within the organization

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Proven track-record of working in a customer facing role
  • Commercial experience helpful
  • Used to operating on the phone, with a track record of success in developing customer relationships

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Experience in adult learning, professional development or professional education is an advantage
  • Background in marketing is welcomed
  • Working experience for a professional body is a plus
