About the Role:

You will lead the teams responsible for supporting multiple departments in delivery of valuable and viable propositions to our chosen audiences. Your team provides the front door of the Experience Management integrated service model and Managers working to ensure delivery of our programmes. You will report to the Senior Director Experience Management and have up to 3 direct reports of your own. This is a hybrid-remote and office-based position. Our UK office is located in central London.

You Will:

Implement Experience Management plans to produce and deploy targeted content to the right audience through the relevant channels, meeting revenue and return on experience investment targets, and membership and other audience volume targets across the agreed propositions and programmes.

Ensure understanding and agreement with Experience Leadership team, Proposition Owners, and other Department leaders on strategic direction, priority, and within the Experience function.

Foster an audience-first mindset where audience needs are understood and prioritised and where messages are personalised to meet audience needs and interests

Lead your Experience Business Partners who understand and deliver brand activations, content, marketing and communications; and bring insights and data to help develop propositions.

Lead your Delivery team who ensure the delivery of programmes that meet our corporate goals.

Work with the Director Planning & Performance, to lead assigned Proposition Owners through the annual planning process and quarterly performance increment planning process to ensure that demand and capacity across delivery portfolio are balanced.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other relevant field
  • 10+ years experience in marketing, digital product development communications, digital content development or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in leadership roles with accountability for delivery on revenue
