Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Knowledge of the accounting profession and the needs of practicing CPAs and management accountants
- Experience leading diverse and remote teams to achieve or exceed aggressive revenue goals.
- Strong relationship management skills, including ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, growth mindset, entrepreneurial leadership skills and financial management and reporting skills.
- Expert strategic thinking, problem solving and analysis.
- Superior drive for results.
- Experience in business development in a rapid growth environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 30 percent.
- Experience in B2B sales including sales leadership, marketing and/or business development in fast-growth environments
- Successful and proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience creating and successfully executing sales strategies
- Experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments
- Experience with common CRM platforms
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
- Background in Accounting/Finance
- CPA or CGMA
- Experience in training and talent development
