Enterprise Inside Sales Account Representative

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executives and managing partners
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to sell customized solutions to certified public accounting firms and employers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and SharePoint

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

• 2-4 years’ related experience and/or training
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

• Knowledge of accounting profession
