About the Role:

You will grow corporate accounts for all India region by promoting CIMA's qualification, products and services following CIMA's business plan and strategy. You will report to the Senior Manager - India as an individual contributor. You will use a remote work schedule and be based in Bangalore.

 

You Will:

  • Engage and partner with corporates in promoting CIMA qualifications, products and services to their employees.
  • Promote corporate activities in India to achieve CIMA's Goals following the long-term strategy.
  • Work with the Line Manager to implement the market development strategies and plans across the market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build business relationship with relevant partners in Corporate communities.
  • Design talent development strategies with major corporates and public-sector-institutions for employee talent development through delivery of CIMA products and services including PCGs (Promote Competency Globally) products and services.
  • Promote CIMA to potential corporates and ensure CIMA is the choice of professional qualification for employees to pursue their career in Management Accountancy.
  • Create revenue by increasing registrations for pathways/FLP through B2B engagements.
  • Ensure corporate testimonials (printed/video/audio) are procured and updated.
  • Conduct analysis of ongoing market and competitors to gauge positioning of CIMA in the market.
  • Implement a Corporate Partner plan to tie-up with corporates to address employability needs by developing Internships, workplace-integrated-programmes, lateral hiring opportunities.
  • Conduct events in corporate organisations such as CPDs, or Business Games for deeper engagement and awareness

You Have:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field.
  • 8+ years' working experience in B2B Business Development.
  • Experience in education industry/learning & development
  • Experience in n revenue generation from corporate training
  • Advanced level of consultative sales experience.
