Finance Business Partner (6 Month FTC)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Extensive knowledge and experience:
in reading, interpreting and drawing accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
of processes, tools and techniques to explore and evaluate financial scenarios, results and alternatives
of processes, methods and tools to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports
in the application of generally accepted accounting principles
of methods, processes, and tools for maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements and reports
working with financial and accounting software and applications
Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven professional with high drive and initiative and the ability to work interdependently with others
Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Basic Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Word skills
US - Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
Minimum 7 years of related finance or accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
UK - Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
Educated to degree level
Ideally a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent with 2+3 years PQE
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
Advanced degree or certification, such as CPA, MBA, or CFM
Oracle General Ledger, Discoverer and ADI experience
Intermediate Microsoft Access skills
