Global Head of Compensation & Benefits

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.  
• In-depth understanding of global Total Rewards best practices and current market trends.
• Ability to explain benefits policy, processes and data results to a broad range of business stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, HR and business management.
• Ability to influence and formulate a compelling case for change in support of proposed strategies. 
• Knowledge of global compensation and benefit regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to be hands-on and demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, and results-orientation.   
• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge with proven analytical skills and good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate analysis and insights from data.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Solid experience in Global Benefits working across multiple countries.
• Experience designing, enhancing, or evolving compensation programs
• Experience leading enterprise-wide Compensations & Benefits projects to successful completion

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

• CCP, CBP, CEBS and/or SPHR designations
• Knowledge of Mercer International Position Evaluation or other job evaluation tool
