Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of global Total Rewards best practices and current market trends.
- Ability to explain benefits policy, processes and data results to a broad range of business stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, HR and business management.
- Ability to influence and formulate a compelling case for change in support of proposed strategies.
- Knowledge of global compensation and benefit regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ability to be hands-on and demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, and results-orientation.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge with proven analytical skills and good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate analysis and insights from data.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Solid experience in Global Benefits working across multiple countries.
- Experience designing, enhancing, or evolving compensation programs
- Experience leading enterprise-wide Compensations & Benefits projects to successful completion
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- CCP, CBP, CEBS and/or SPHR designations
- Knowledge of Mercer International Position Evaluation or other job evaluation tool
