IT Change Manager
About the Role:
You will perform IT infrastructure operational activities. Daily activities include management of infrastructure operations including patching, monitoring, performance, and availability and also maintaining a security environment which meets regulatory, compliance and best practices for securing and protecting data. Infrastructure includes networking, server operations, cloud operations, and end-user devices. You will be reporting to Senior Manager – Global IT Infrastructure & Security.
You Will:

Manage the network, server operation, cloud operations and end-user devices to ensure that it meets the strategic needs to the Association.

Provide guidance on technical architecture and operations that ensure the best end-user experience.

Monitor networking performance, server operations, cloud operations and end-user performance to ensure the service is achieving desired service levels.

Monitor vendors to ensure they are delivering services as contracted.

Track network related spending to determine return on investment measurements.

Provide data to track usage and value deriving from the infrastructure operations and investments.

Manage IT infrastructure projects to ensure delivery and project outcomes meet the shared goals.

Attend training to improve needed business skills.

Attend team, department, and organization meetings to remain current on activities, strategy, and priority.

Mentor a team of 2 Senior Analyst
You Have:
-
Experience of Office 365 administration, capabilities, and licence levels.

Understanding of cloud environments including hybrid environments which level multiple cloud providers and on-premise services.

Organize and manage to deadlines.

Firm foundation globally recognised IT Security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST SP800-53, and PCI.

Motivated to learn information systems, audit processes, and IT Security concepts.
