Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Ability to enhance others' commitment to their work and the desire to work cooperatively with others on a team;

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, with the ability to use a logical, systematic, sequential approach; having strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Passion for service excellence and ensuring that one's own and others' work and information are complete and accurate
  • Ability to identify needs and efficiencies and address accordingly before being asked
  • Ability to obtain, retain and cascade high levels of detailed information, adapting the method of communication depending on the audience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the requirements of our members, students and prospects, as well as the available resources and benefits
  • Advanced level of knowledge of Excel; strong ability in Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems


Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • 2-4 years related experience including:
    • A proven track record of achieving results, along with excellent customer service skill and the ability to defuse difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Excellent command of English – written and spoken
  • Qualified to A-level


Preferred Experience Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (not essential as people and leadership skills are far more imore important than academic theory)
  • Working knowledge of call center technology
  • Advanced level of knowledge of Excel, Strong ability with Word, and PowerPoint
