Lead Advisor - GEC Regional Member Engagement

- Ability to identify needs and efficiencies and address accordingly before being asked
- Ability to obtain, retain and cascade high levels of detailed information, adapting the method of communication depending on the audience
- Comprehensive understanding of the requirements of our members, students and prospects, as well as the available resources and benefits
- Advanced level of knowledge of Excel; strong ability in Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- 2-4 years related experience including:
- A proven track record of achieving results, along with excellent customer service skill and the ability to defuse difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken
- Qualified to A-level
Preferred Experience Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (not essential as people and leadership skills are far more imore important than academic theory)
- Working knowledge of call center technology
- Advanced level of knowledge of Excel, Strong ability with Word, and PowerPoint
