Qualifications and Experience
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving results, along with excellent customer service skill and the ability to defuse difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
- Ability to obtain, retain and cascade high levels of detailed information, adapting the method of communication depending on the audience
- Ability to manage high volumes of contacts via different communication channels, while maintain a high level of quality
- Comprehensive understanding of student requirements, resources and benefits
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 A-levels
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Advance knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
