WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with leadership on shaping the strategic partnership and inorganic growth strategy for the Association
- Support the expansion and marketing of the Association’s Start-up Accelerator. This includes sourcing start-ups, managing the pitch-day competition, maintaining relationships with start-up CEOs, and liaising start-ups with applicable internal staff
- Manage the global internal innovation competition for staff
- Develop and execute tactics to enhance and foster the culture of innovation inside the organization and within the global accounting and finance profession
- Conduct strategic assessments, including financial modeling and related market analyses, to identify potential strategic partners to enhance and expand capabilities and adjacent market opportunities
- Support efforts to secure internal approval and external buy-in for new business opportunities with significant revenue potential
- Coordinate with marketing, communications, branding, key business units and technology partners on the development of new products/services, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2-5 years of related experience (1-3 years with MBA) in a top tier consulting firm, innovation firm, or venture capital private equity environment identifying customer needs, analyzing organizations, products, and services, or evaluating strategic partnerships.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree
