Lead Coordinator - Learning Operations

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), database management system and comfortable working with new software

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyze data and communicate results

Ability to be proactive and participate in improving departmental processes

Ability to build working relationships by telephone and in person

Customer service oriented

Must enjoy working in a team environment and also make decisions independently

Ability to work occasional overtime

Ability to be available after hours for Instructors and Customers/Clients for urgent situations (i.e. travel difficulty etc)
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Minimum of 1-2 years business experience, preferably working in a customer service position

Associate’s degree
-
Familiarity with accounting profession

2-4 years related experience

Bachelor’s degree in related area
