Lead Enterprise Applications Support Analyst
- (5 years) advanced software support and development such as Tier 2 or Tier 3;
- (5 years) Enterprise Applications and their related architectures such as C# or ASP.NET
- (3 years) ITIL/ITSM principals and applications to IT Services;
- (5 years) Oracle technologies such as EBS, OBIEE, SOA, HCM, or APEX;
- (5 years) integration technologies, concepts, and application such as SOA, XML, or EDI;
- (5 years) database design, administration, and development such as Oracle RDMS or Microsoft SQL Server;
- (5 years) reading and writing scripts or code such as T-SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, JavaScript, Java, or JQuery;
- (5 years) software development, lifecycle practices, and design methodologies;
- (3 years) Accounting/Finance principals and operational business processes;
- (3 years) enterprise SaaS solutions and related cloud technologies;
- (3 years) project management principles/methodologies such as PMI or Agile;
- (5 years) translating technical jargon into laymen's terms for business owners/partners that are actionable, informational, or support the decision making process;
- (5 years) isolating and resolving technical issues in a timely manner;
- (5 years) challenging and debating issues of importance to the organization and being persuasive with details and facts;
- (5 years) setting and changing priorities amongst multiple competing constituencies;
- (5 years) understanding the business processes of the customer and leveraging this knowledge to ensure that projects and support activities delivered by direct reports, meet the needs of the customer;
- (5 years) working independently or as a team to achieve desired outcomes with little to no supervision.
