Abilities Required
- Strong project management, client servicing and account direction skills
- Brand development both internal and externally, ideally on a global level
- Brand activation involving multiple brands and customer journeys
- Ability to bridge the gap between strategic objectives and creative execution
- Experience in storytelling
- Excellent negotiation, influencing skills and stakeholder consultation
- Ability to evaluate data, develop and present arguments/recommendations
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with autonomy and manage from distance
- Ability to lead and manage resources ensuring business objectives are met
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
- At least 6-8 years of brand marketing experience working across strategy, creative and activation
- Degree educated in Marketing/Business discipline – preferable or similar
- Experience gained from working within an agency environment – desirable
