About the Role:

You will lead the special projects to build membership and revenue numbers through Corporate Pathway programs in Malaysia and driving programmes with public sector. You will identify and guide the advocacy agenda by promoting programs, engaging partners, and influencing important audiences to support strategic goals. You will report to the Director - South East Asia (SEA) Markets.

You Will:

  • Develop a comprehensive and aligned business plan for commercial revenue which includes the progression of students.

  • Develop the relationship with government, partner/affiliates and employers.

  • Manage the implementation of special Corporate Pathway programmes in the region including C-Suite program, Regulatory Partnered programs and Corporate Programme and those with direct linkages for membership conversion for the region.

  • Promote the services or products that government agencies require.

  • Develop and implement a structured advocacy plan to promote programs that improve our goals.

  • Engage all partners — including industry leaders, policymakers, and the public — to build support and collaboration.

  • Convert new business opportunities into incremental sales.

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge.

  • Create a business proposal for potential customers.

  • Deliver the targets set for Corporate Pathway Programs.

  • Work with the team to develop marketing material for programmes.

  • Lead and motivate the team members towards achieving the Goals.

  • Contribute to an increasing number of CGMA’s and companies who have become advocates.

  • Work with Director - SEA on any special projects and perform any other responsibilities.

  • Maintain confidentiality of the information and the integrity of the same.

  • Use a hybrid work schedule

You Have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field.

  • 6+ years' related working experience including roles supporting boards of companies.
