Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Subject matter expertise in reading, interpreting and drawing accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material

Extensive knowledge and working experience of processes, tools and techniques to explore and evaluate financial scenarios, results and alternatives

Subject matter expertise in processes, methods and tools to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports

Extensive knowledge and experience with the application of generally accepted accounting principles

Extensive knowledge and experience with the methods, processes, and tools for maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements and reports

Subject matter expertise working with financial and accounting software and applications

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Deep creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Basic Microsoft Access and Word skills
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

6 – 8 years’ of related finance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis experience

Minimum 3 years of managerial, supervisory or leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related area of study
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

Advanced degree or certification, such as CPA, CGMA, MBA, or CFM
-
Oracle General Ledger, Discoverer and ADI experience

Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills
