Lead Manager - Global Marketing Strategy
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Data literate and analytical with ability to apply data and insight to decision making and influence, translating ideas into action.
- A strategic thinker who can develop business and marketing initiatives driven and validated by relevant data and insights
- Able to establish clear Research briefs and requirements to identify opportunities and validate solutions
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, planning, and execution
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent people skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Sound understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences
- Strong personal and influencing skills and the ability to prioritise work based on the business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
- Able to work autonomously and proactively
- Ability to work and thrive using agile work methodologies
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
Minimum of 6-8 years marketing experience including:
Experience in market and consumer research, business analytics, methodologies, tools & reporting
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
Experience developing marketing strategies to support organisational objectives
Experience in owning and managing multiple projects
Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
Marketing experience in education, membership schemes or commercial sector
Global marketing experience preferable
B2C and B2B marketing preferable
