Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Data literate and analytical with ability to apply data and insight to decision making and influence, translating ideas into action.
  • A strategic thinker who can develop business and marketing initiatives driven and validated by relevant data and insights
  • Able to establish clear Research briefs and requirements to identify opportunities and validate solutions
  • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, planning, and execution
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Sound understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences
  • Strong personal and influencing skills and the ability to prioritise work based on the business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively
  • Ability to work and thrive using agile work methodologies


Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6-8 years marketing experience including:

    • Experience in market and consumer research, business analytics, methodologies, tools & reporting

    • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels

    • Experience developing marketing strategies to support organisational objectives

    • Experience in owning and managing multiple projects

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

     

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Marketing experience in education, membership schemes or commercial sector

  • Global marketing experience preferable

  • B2C and B2B marketing preferable
