Lead Manager - Global Workforce Management
Who you are:
• You’ll have 3-years’ experience of leading a WFM operation across multiple channels using a flexible resourcing approach, with a 24 rolling month glide path
• Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
• Experience working with workforce management tools such as Erlang-C and the Utilisation and Optimization models
• You’ll have experience working with “what if” scenarios from a workforce management modelling perspective
