Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • People Management: the ability to inspire, motivate and manage a team of professionals.
  • Communication - excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to develop and implement solutions involving teams from across CIMA and 3rd parties (includes negotiation).
  • Project management – ability to develop and apply project management techniques to ensure projects are proposed, researched, implemented, communicated and reviewed effectively.
  • Creativity and Innovation – ability to look at challenges or objectives in new ways and facilitate creative thinking to explore issues and solutions.
  • Analytical approach – ability to analyse data to inform decision making.
  • Digital marketing – Implementation and evaluation of channels and campaigns.
  • Copywriting – Excellent standard of English required.
  • Creative design and production process – a detailed understanding of design and production process.
  • Understanding of business processes and how they interface with marketing activity.
  • Ability to use business processes to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Minimum 6-8 years of related experience in Marketing and Communiations
  • Knowledge of all areas of the marketing, PR mix and how to apply them in both commercial and not-for-profit industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area.
 
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • Experience developing a marketing and communications strategy to support organisational objectives and managing budget.
  • Experience in successfully managing a team engaged in diverse activities.
  • Experience sourcing and recognising new promotional activities
