Abilities Required
- Good customer service skills and communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage events
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organisation in fast paced, changing environment;
- Proficient use of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese
- Working experience in the education field or in a membership organisation preferred;
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in B2B account management, developing senior customer relationships and financial performance.
- Minimum degree in Marketing / accounting / Business / Finance
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin as well as Cantonese
- A degree or qualification in Accounting is preferred.
