Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Good customer service skills and communication skills.

  • Ability to organize and manage events.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organisation in fast paced, changing environment.

  • Proficient use of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Working experience in the education field or in a membership organisation preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in B2B account management, developing senior customer relationships and financial performance.
  • Minimum degree in Marketing / accounting / Business / Finance.

  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin.

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • A degree or qualification in Accounting is preferred.
