Manager - Business Development Operations

Experience leading sales operations in a training business

Proficient with end-to-end use of Salesforce, from managing leads and opportunities to invoicing and setting up reports and dashboards

Experience managing and working as part of diverse and remote teams to achieve or exceed aggressive revenue goals

Positive team player with a strong drive to create and implement solutions, and a bias toward action

Strong communication skills, including ability to convey information effectively in-person as well as using email, video, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Strong relationship management skills, including ability to influence stakeholders

Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively all levels of client organizations, including executives and managing partners.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

5-7 years related experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experiencePreferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

Experience managing sales operations or sales enablement function in a training organization

Experience deploying or managing delivery of elearning, live training or blended learning for corporate clients
