Manager - Communications & International PR
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Campaign management planning, development and omni-channel delivery skills.
- Research and analysis skills.
- Understanding of media buying and optimization.
- Experience in managing and driving agency performance.
- Excellent organizational, planning, project management and time management skills.
- Effective execution and management of communications efforts, including development of plans and tactics and coordination with team members and business owners.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Detail oriented with ability to maintain focus on the bigger picture.
- Strong decision making/judgment.
- Commitment to high quality work product and strong relationships with team members and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure to meet project deadlines and goals and resolve challenges.
- Extremely strong interpersonal skills, ability to consult and bring internal “clients” to consensus, manage stress and conflict efficiently, and able to deal effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with subject matter experts, senior leadership and volunteers.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in communications/public relations in a corporate or agency environment
- Experience working in a busy communications, campaigns or PR environment.
- Experience in creating and delivering omni-channel campaigns, including advertising
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Experience and/or knowledge of the accounting profession and/or the financial services industry.
- Marketing communications qualification.
- Experience of dealing directly with the media.
- Experience working for a global organisation.
