Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Strong technical knowledge within the profession (assigned subject matter varies)
  • Ability to develop high quality and timely products under tight deadlines and with resource constraints
  • Ability to develop and leverage a network of prominent professionals for use in product development
  • Understanding of intellectual property law, copyright and best practices in author contracts and agreements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regulatory stakeholders, standard setters, internal and external subject matter experts and influence decision-making where appropriate.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional groups (for example, production, design, marketing, and business development), while promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Strong, articulate oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
  • Self-starter with ability to serve as lead contributor as well as a collaborative leader
  • Ability to lead self-motivated and empowered project teams
  • Availability for travel on as-needed basis.
 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in public accounting/management accounting
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting budgets and deadlines, and growing revenue
  • Masters degree in Accounting or equivalent degree
  • CPA license, CGMA credential, or equivalent
 
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • Experience and expertise in scoping and developing content and multi-format products in a successful manner (e.g. timely, on budget, high quality) for learning and competency development of the profession.
