Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience with XML/HTML

Experience in Window’s Operation Systems and products

Experience with computer-based testing

Advanced knowledge of software testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing on proprietary, custom software.

Ability to clearly document and execute test plans, including results and problem resolutions.

Advanced knowledge of complex software systems and complex workflows.

Creativity/Innovation, communication, problem solving/analysis, and leadership.

Manage test delivery partner and software development partner -- understands the challenges of multiple priorities across several organizations

Experience training and managing others who are preforming quality assurance activities
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, software development
-
Minimum of 5 years of QA experience required
