Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Able to make independent decisions impacting the volunteers and team operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, involving key stakeholders including members
  • Project/program management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient knowledge of web based and relational database technology
  • Understanding of membership associations, accounting profession, and professional services
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Foster stakeholder relationships. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, teams, members and staff at all levels of the organization
  • Analyse solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
