Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and quality control standards
  • Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with partners and managers of public accounting firms
  • Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Member service oriented
  • Capable of dealing effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of individuals and assignments
  • Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
  • Demonstrated project management skills and organizational abilities with an eye for detail

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good problem and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to travel on occasion

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Minimum 5 years current public accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • CPA designation

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

  • Preferred experience with ERISA and A-133 engagements
