Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Solid management skills and ability to lead by example.

  • Strong administrative capability with excellent IT literacy.

  • Demonstrated team working skills and ability to coach others.
  • The ability to work with key stakeholders, up to senior level.
  • In-depth knowledge of the global recruitment landscape.

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Degree level or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years related experience including: 
    • Extensive in-house recruitment experience in a lead capacity.
    • Experience in people management, spanning coaching and performance management.
    • Experience recruiting across a broad range of levels, from high volume projects to senior and executive hires.
    • Extensive experience hiring for a range of business groups.

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Strong numerical skills would be advantageous.
  • Experience designing and delivering assessment centres, including rol plays, presenetations and group exercises.
  • Relevant qualification in recruitment and/or HR.
