Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

The ability to deploy a range of communication skills including influencing, diplomacy, active listening and clear articulation

The ability to present through engaging, influencing and selling to students, lecturers and other influencers.

The ability to build relationships with various stakeholders

High level understanding of graduate recruitment market, including practices and processes and the UK higher education sector and its challenges – ensuring constantly up to date, commercially aware and market sensitive.

Comprehensive understanding of the makeup of the CIMA syllabus in order to identify opportunities and sell appropriately.

The ability to develop and implement solutions involving teams from across CIMA and third parties.

Ability to manage own time effectively and work on own initiative
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Experience of selling ‘careers’ to students in a university or employer environment.

Proven consultative sales experience.

Degree educated
