Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff

Google and Adobe Analytics

Presentation skills, ability to present findings as well as train staff on analytics tools, as appropriate

Relationship building. Build and maintain strong relationships across teams: IT, CPA.com, AICPA Digital, Member Value, SCO

Industry knowledge. Must be able to articulate strategies related to: web merchandizing, testing and optimization of landing pages, navigation paths

Deep understanding of user behavior

Knowledge of webmaster tools
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s Degree (in a quantitative field preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience

At least 5 years of experience in web analytics

Experience with an organization that operates a large, customer-facing website

Experience with front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.

Experience in web analytics implementation including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and troubleshooting required
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

Thorough understanding of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (Knowledge of feature functionality, types of reporting and best practice use cases for both Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics)

Expertise in Predictive Analytics is desirable
